It’s here: The 2022 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! I know people tend to have a love-hate relationship with this sale but I’ve been shopping it for a decade and always end up with some great items at a discount. There are plenty of guides out there showcasing tons of items from all categories but I wanted to share my personal favorites I’ve purchased before or will purchase.
When Can I Shop?
Cardholders are able to shop before the general public. I would never tell anyone to get a credit card just for this sale. You can still shop the sale but some items might be sold out by the time you are eligible. Here are the specific dates for when each tier can shop:
- July 6: Early Access for cardmembers with Icon status.
- July 7: Early Access for cardmembers with Ambassador status.
- July 9: Early Access for cardmembers with Influencer status.
- July 15: Anniversary Sale opens to the general public.
Women’s Shoes
One of the best buys during this sale is always the shoes! Get ahead on fall/winter trends and grab a pair or two discounted. This upcoming season is all about chunky sneakers and Western style boots.
I love the chunky style of these! I feel like they’d go with everything.
These sassy slides come in six colors and will carry you from one season to the next!
Steve Madden Holley Chelsea Boot
These are at the top of my personal wishlist! I love the sand suede color.
Free People New Frontier Chelsea Boot
If you don’t have a pair of white booties yet, run! They go with everything and I am always reaching for mine.
These are gorgeous! I feel like the black would go with everything.
If you’ve been waiting to snag a pair of white western boots this is your sign! This gorgeous pair from Dolce Vita will allow you to wear now and later as it gets cooler.
I am drooling over these especially the pink! These are top of my wishlist for sneakers.
Everyone swears by these and says they are the most comfy! I don’t have a pair yet but I do have my eye on them.
Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Platform Sneaker
These funky platforms are so on trend this year! I love the all white style.
These running sneakers come in 3 color combinations. They’re super flexible and breathable to keep your feet comfortable!
I’m praying I can snag a pair of these in one of the neutral colors or pink! My husband makes fun of me because I bring slippers with my everywhere. What can I say? They’re comfy!
Women’s Loungewear
My other favorite thing to buy during the sale is pajamas or loungewear. I love to be comfy but spending the regular price on a lot of these items is crazy to me!
I grabbed the shortsleeved and short version of these last year. I was impressed! They are so soft. This year I’m hoping to score the long-sleeved and pants version in one of the fun prints like gingham or stripes.
These sets are super soft! I am loving the pink color.
Barefoot Dreams CozyChic Long Robe
I love a good cozy robe! Barefoot Dreams always does it right.
Barefoot Dreams CozyChic 2-pack Socks
I have bought these every single year of the sale! They are my favorite thing in the world. The ankle socks are new to me. I’ve purchased the tall ones in the past and live in them! They make a great gift or stocking stuffer to put up for Christmas as well.
Women’s Clothing
This style of collar will be everywhere from here on out! I’m loving the lilac shade and hope to snag one.
This ribbed sweater is calling my name! The shade of pink is so cute and cheery.
Everyone needs a good pair of Faux Leather Leggings! They are so versatile and go with everything!
I have this and it’s probably my favorite sweatshirt of all time. I’m always reaching for it year round. I have the beige and it’s the perfect trendy neutral!
Barefoot Dreams Cozychic Cardigan
The coziest cardigans ever! These are one of my favorite things to buy from the sale. The neutral shades go with everything and they last forever.
Baby/Toddler
We love our car seat and recommend it to everyone! This is the best price on them all year long. Can be used for years with your child!
We used this car seat with our son when he was a baby and loved it. It comes with a base as well!
Doona Covertible Car Seat/Stroller
I’m hoping to purchase one of these someday for child #2 when we have one! It can be a car seat or the wheels pop out at your destination for it to become a stroller. The price is the lowest I have seen it!
A cult favorite among moms, this high chair will grow with your babe from infancy through child hood.
We love our UPPABABY Stroller because it rides so smoothly. They are pricey but the sale will save you a bit!
Little Giraffe Luxe Baby Blanket
These make fabulous baby gifts! They come in so many colors and are soft.
Accessories & Home
I use one of these every night on top of my covers! They are a great deal during the sale. I’d personally skip the throw version because I have found them cheaper other times during the year but the blanket doesn’t go on sale any other time.
Treasure & Bond Felt Panama hat
I’ve been wanting a pink hat forever! If pink isn’t your thing there is also an ivory, beige, and black version.
You can’t now wrong with a pair of Ray-Bans! Both of these are a great price during the sale.

Early Access for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale began yesterday and I’m sharing my picks today! 
Y’all this is probably my favorite purchase I made during this sale. I’ve been wanting one of these jackets forever but couldn’t justify it because of the price. It’s on sale for $149 which is the cheapest I’ve ever seen. I’m a bit of a self-proclaimed Patagonia-holic. I have more pullovers than I care to share, multiple vests and a sweater jacket. I have two heavy duty puffer coats already but felt like this would be greater for weather that’s not below freezing. I got the Small so I could wear layers underneath it.
I got these Lucky booties in a 6.5 in the grey color. I honestly don’t buy a ton of shoes other than sneakers because they just don’t typically excite me. I love these though and still want them in another color!
I’ve been wanting to try La Mer forever because I’ve heard so many good things but the price tag has kept me away. This set is $85 and contains the eye cream and moisturizer and typically just the moisturizer costs that much for the smallest size. I’m going to do a skin care post soon and I’ll review both of these items.
I already have three of these Leith cocoon cardigans from previous years so I told myself I wouldn’t buy any this year. Then I saw this color. I had to have it since it’s my favorite color and can’t wait for it to come in. These cardigans are pretty light weight and fit very true to size. This sleeves are usually pretty long so I just roll them. I always get an XS in these.
Two of my favorite things…sweatshirt material and ruffles. Teacher friends, y’all need this for school! I’m not able to link this right now because it says it can’t be found. I’ll update if I get the link.
I’ve been on a pajama kick lately and I’m not made about it. Excited to try these! I always go up a size in lounge clothing to make sure they’re extra comfortable. I got a small in these pants. $25 is a steal for these as they’re usually $40.
This camisole sold out last year so I didn’t get to try it. I ordered this color in an XS and know I will layer it under so many cardigans this fall and winter.
Zella 3-pack of seamless underwear. These look super comfy and I’m all about seamless everything. I got an XS.
Got this Adidas pack of socks in the mint collection but apparently those sold out and I couldn’t find the picture. Loving this set with the pink though! I can never have enough athletic socks….I swear they always wind up missing.
My feet are cold literally 24/7. I wear my UGG slippers year round. These Barefoot Dreams socks have great reviews and I decided to try this pair.
ASTR the Label jumpsuit in Navy. I cannot wait to wear this to work! I feel like this is a piece that will never go out of style. 
Gibson Convertible Wrap in Black. I love how versatile this piece is. It can be worn as pictured but also has snaps so you can convert it to a shirt or anything else you want. I feel like this would be a great gift for your sister, mother, mother-in-law etc. I was between this color and the grey. It comes in quite a few colors though.
I love a good tee shirt dress. The tie detail is so good and makes it flattering for many different body types. It also comes in black. I got a small for extra length.
Love this cozy sweater. It can be worn as pictured or turned around backwards with the knot in the back for a low-back look. I got a small.
I love a good plaid flannel. This color is very different from any of the others I own. It will be a great season transition piece. I got an XS.
I am camo obsessed! I cannot wait to layer this piece under a vest. This thermal comes in many different color options. I got the XS and honestly want it in another color.
Barefoot Dreams Circle cardigan has always been something I’ve wanted to try. I got it in this charcoal color and hoping it lives up to the hype!
This my favorite fragrance company and a new scent for them. Excited to try it! 
My favorite scent and diffuser. If you only buy one item for your home let it be this! 
Love a good basic tee. Got this color in an XS. Unfortunately they sold out of the tan stripe but I’m going to keep checking back for a restock.
I didn’t purchase this Duffield Throw by UGG because I already had it. I got it from my mother-in-law two years ago for Christmas and I’m obsessed. I sleep with it every night. Makes a great gift! It’s on major sale and I have it in this deep charcoal color. I’ve washed it many times and it has stayed in pristine condition. Highly recommend! The following items are things I didn’t buy but are still on my wishlist. Trying to have some self-control here y’all.
I’ve been a Nike diehard as long as I can remember but Adidas is slowly winning me over. The past two pairs of their shoes I’ve purchased have been SO comfortable. Love this color and don’t have this style yet. Trying to decide if I really need another pair of sneakers though! These are only $63 which is an absolute steal.
I’m obsessed with anything that has a bow. So I technically may not need these but they’re so cute! Haven’t purchased because I need to know if they’re comfortable or not. I don’t do uncomfortable shoes no matter how cute. Leave me a comment and let me know what you’re getting from the sale!
This was my absolute favorite cardigan from last year. It’s Topshop for Nordstrom in a Size 2. I’m 5’3,” 105, Size 0 for reference. It’s such a cozy piece and oversized. It sold out right away and I’m glad I snagged it. Tank top is Target, necklace is Kendra Scott, pants are Nordstrom but now sold out, and shoes are Matisse from Nordstrom. 
Has anyone noticed my little photo bomber back there? That would be Maddux the Golden and he has to be where I am at all times! This sweater is an XS by Leith. I loved this dusty rose color so much! It also sold out quickly and was on backorder until November.
Another Leith cardigan in beige. I may or may not have three of these from over the past few years. I have them on repeat most of the year.
Free People tunic in a Small. It’s super oversized so I should’ve gotten the XS but thought I’d size up to make it longer to wear with leggings. This one sold out right away and I had to stalk the website everyday until they restocked it. 
Lush roll-tab sleeve blouse in white. I’m wearing an XS and love this piece. It is so versatile and I’ll be grabbing it in at least one more color this year. 
This was probably my most surprising purchase of last year. I originally purchased the Spanx moto leggings because I’d heard great things. I personally did not like them and returned them. I ended up with these Lysse faux leather moto leggings in a small. I absolutely love them and got a ton of wear out of them. They pull you in a bit and smooth everything without being too tight and constricting. 
My favorite home purchase was this set of Antica Farmcista diffusers in Prosecco. They two of them have lasted me an entire year. A single one of these diffusers is regularly $66 while the set during the anniversary sale was only $48.What are you excited about buying during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale this year?
